Seattle
I know Seattle has their 1% rules for public art, but this was quite interesting - banners made from driftwood
This was in front of the kneeling rail in the multi-denominational chapel. The artist is Keith Haring
Another elaborate paneled piece inside. This was after this family of three came clunking into the peaceful little chapel asking me (at the kneeler), "Is this where Pete's Coffee is?" No joke. They were loud and beyond without a clue or consideration for others. I had to laugh and responded, "Do I look like a barrista?" They argued and said some Asian woman outside (most likely quietly meditating in the gardens) told her it was inside Grace Cathedral. I suggested they walk around the outside perimeter.

The park where the two dozen Asian folks were all marching around earlier.
Belmont Shore, CA
Silhouettes on 2nd Avenue in Belmont Shore kept our children hunting for these subtle artworks during our walk.
Long Beach, CA
Last day of our trip. The children wanted to go to one more beach.
